ARKAMAYA PASTRY CLASS

Seeing the world’s interest in the baking & pastry world lately, Arkamaya would like to provide an opportunity for people who are interested in studying pastry and enjoying their time baking their masterpieces. This is why Arkamaya Pastry program is not all about being a professional, but also adding some other important component to be a soulful baker. With these abilities, Arkamaya graduates will be able to differentiate themselves better in the industry.

Students will learn based on 95% practice and 5% theory in Arkamaya’s pastry program.

OUR PASTRY CLASSES

Basic

Students are expected to have mastered the basic techniques of patisserie upon completion of this basic stage of Arkamaya pastry class.

Class Capacity : 12 students max

Meetings : 8 times

Schedules : 

  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday – 10AM – 4PM
  • Tuesday & Thursday – 10AM – 4PM

Intermediate

By completing this stage, students will be more confident in making their original creation, both in form and taste.

Chef Yosua Ricky Ekajaya

Pastry Chef

Graduated from Le Cordon Bleu – London as a professional Pastry Chef, his longtime dream is to create a place where people could share their love and passion in cooking and baking. Based on his dreams, this is how Arkamaya was founded. Chef Yosua acts as as the school principal here at Arkamaya and will be teaching the Pastry program.

She has previously finished her Business Administration degree, but working in an office is actually not her dream. She loves baking and decorating, so that was why she bravely left everything behind and started her journey in culinary industry by founding Nicolette Cakery. She is very excited to start teaching at Arkamaya so that she can share her knowledges and experiences about the cake and pastry world.
